The 2003 Middle East Diving Conference was held, on the 30th & 31st of October at the Radisson SAS hotel, Muscat. The interesting array of speakers included Ali Al Kiyumi from the Directorate General nature and Conservation, Archaeologist Dr. Tom Vosmer, BSAC NDO Lizzie Bird, Marine Biologist Dr. Barry Jupp, Tim Seed, Phi Le and GUE Training Director Andrew Georgitsis.
